Overview

Creative Sunday: connect and reset in Berlin

At ForEveryone, we’re building an inclusive, supportive community where art, music, and movement bring people from all backgrounds together to find belonging. From knitting to German language learning, writing to pottery, and so much more, our daily workshops are all about uniting creativity and connection.

At the heart of these workshops is Creative Sunday, our cornerstone event. Held on the second Sunday of every month, Creative Sunday is a chance to sample two of our most popular workshops. It’s the ideal cosy, creative space for people wanting to have fun, meet new people, and get more out of their weekend.

How it works

During our Berlin Creative Sunday sessions, we offer two different guided experiences for participants to try. In each, we do group exercises to get to know each other while being creative. There’s no pressure to perform or excel – the focus is simply on self expression, openness, and imagination.

The actual activities can change each month, meaning that no two Creative Sundays are exactly alike. Some months we will open with improv before moving into pottery, while on others we might explore guided painting or meditation. No matter what we try, the focus is always on relaxation, fun, and community.

Who can attend Creative Sunday?

Our Creative Sunday workshops are open to anyone looking for creative classes in Berlin – no prior experience or expertise needed!

We work hard to make our workshops as accessible and welcoming as possible. Each Creative Sunday ticket is donation based so that we can cover the cost of  the space and the materials. We recommend a donation of 6-20€, and you can book your slot using the registration box to the right.

If you are a volunteer or intern for ForEveryone, Creative Sunday is free to attend. Please still reserve your spot using the box to the right so that we can know how many people to expect.

Where to find us

Our Creative Sunday afternoons take place on the second Sunday of every month. You can find the next date and time for your Creative Sunday in Berlin at the top of this page.

Some weekends we meet at Falckensteinstraße 6, 10997 in Kreuzberg. To enter the space, go through the big red gate and look for a small patio to your left. Creative Sunday takes place in the big room behind the front door.

On other weekends we will meet at the No. 52 Cafe in Boxhagener Platz, in the thick of the flea market. Make sure to follow us on Instagram to find out where we will meet next!

What you need to bring

You don’t need to bring anything to Creative Sunday other than yourself, your open heart, and your creativity. No matter which hands-on activities we do, all materials will be provided.

Do note, however, that events like improv theatre involve gentle movement, while creative sessions like pottery can get a little messy – so please wear casual clothing you can move comfortably in!

Join us to meet like-minded individuals, share your experiences, and become part of a supportive, inclusive community.

Meryam

Becoming a volunteer felt like the most natural choice. I’ve always been active in social causes and driven by the desire to contribute whether in small ways or big ones. It warmsmy heart to know that I can be useful and make a difference, even with just a gesture or a kind word. This is exactly what inspired me to join the organization as a volunteer: the wish to be an active part of my community, to create something positive, and to grow alongside the people I meet along the way.

Esther

Esther Tchlakichvili brings people together through improv and movement. She creates spaces that are playful, safe, and full of laughter, where participants can connect with themselves and others, step out of their everyday roles, and discover new ways of expressing themselves.

Mehrsa

My background is in project management, and I’ve always found volunteer work meaningful. A place to find humanity, friendship, and openness. As BoJack once said, “In this terrifying world, the only thing we really have is the connections we make.” At ForEveryone, I work as an Event Manager to create organized, well-tailored experiences that
