A Toolbox For
Social
Integration
In collaboration with “Mojo de Cana,” this project is a transformative initiative aimed at enhancing the lives of marginalized communities through innovative educational methods. It represents a ground breaking approach to adult education, focusing on the unique needs of diverse groups in Berlin and Spain.
Our Vision
We believe in the power of education to transform lives, especially for those who face social, cultural, or economic barriers. Our project is designed to develop a transnationally functioning toolbox of adaptable methods for adult educators, ensuring that learning is inclusive, accessible, and effective for all.
What Do We Do
Developing a Versatile Toolbox: We create adaptable educational methods, drawing from art and music-based techniques, tailored to the needs of marginalized communities.
Fostering International Collaboration: In partnership with different institutions, we exchange insights to refine and ensure culturally sensitive, effective approaches.
Engaging Local Communities: We test and implement these methods in local activities, gather feedback, and continuously improve our toolbox to better support the communities we serve.
Our Impact
Through this project, we aim to strengthen adult educators’ skills, support the well-being and inclusion of marginalized individuals, and build a sustainable model for collaboration and knowledge exchange among NGOs in adult education.
Our Handbook
You can download the full handbook here in three languages, providing accessible guidance for educators across different cultural and linguistic contexts.
