Where to Find Us

On Saturdays and Sundays we’re right in the thick of the busy Boxhagener Platz weekend market, while on weekdays we have a more relaxed atmosphere.

Either way, our sunny patio is the perfect place to sip on a coffee and soak up the vibes in one of Berlin’s most interesting neighbourhoods. Come and join us for good coffee and great company!

Volunteer With Us

Like the rest of the ForEveryone organisation, our No. 52 Cafe is a volunteer-run set up. Whether they are making flat whites or running events and workshops, our fantastic volunteers help make No. 52 one of the homiest and most cheerful cafes in Boxi.

And you can be a part of the team! We’re always looking for new faces to volunteer in our cafe. We welcome both latte art pros and those who’ve never pulled an espresso shot before. If you want to help create the kind of community you want to see in Berlin, then we’d love to hear from you.

We’re also always looking for new workshop leaders and people to help behind the scenes.

In Partnership with

KARUNA

The No. 52 Cafe is part of a long-running collaboration between ForEveryone and our close partner, KARUNA eG.

KARUNA has been active in this space for over two decades. As the original founder and owner of the pavilion, they ran it as a social cafe offering support to people without housing and young people completing community service. Together, we’ve reimagined the space – and with a fresh name and a new approach, we now share the cafe as a community-run project rooted in care, creativity, and connection.

The cafe also remains the editorial home of the KARUNA Kompass, a street newspaper distributed by and for unhoused people in Berlin. The latest edition is always available to pick up at No. 52 during opening hours.

P.S.: On Google Maps, you might still find us listed as “Karuna Pavillon” – but rest assured, you’re in the right place.“
